Sally Barr :
Sally followed her passion to excel as an interior designer from an early age and has gained 18 years experience in the industry. Her earlier years spent at Clive Christian gave her a great understanding of the interior, architectural style of a property. Sally used her gathered knowledge and experience to design palatial kitchens and bathrooms through to complete home concepts.
She then set up her own business in 2006 in order to cover a more diverse clientele and to resource and discover more exclusive products from Britain and overseas. ‘Our design philosophy is to create a unique tailor-made interior through an understanding of our client’s lifestyle and personality. We provide professional guidance in planning, design and knowledge of the progressive interiors market.
Following a career in sport, in 2004 Ian embarked on a career in the arts as a fine artist working mainly in oil paint. He set up ‘Trinity Art Studios’ based in London’s Docklands in 2005. He has collaborated with his sister Sally on a number of occasions, creating artwork for many of her interior design projects. In recent years Ian has expanded his skills from an artist to advising clients to build and catalogue their art collections.
Having established connections with many leading London galleries, Ian was able to work with Quinton Design in 2013 as an art consultant on one of Sally’s jobs. “After the success we’ve both had in our independant companies it became clear that joining forces was the obvious thing to do”. Ian has therefore merged his Art Advisory Business with Sally’s Quinton Design Company. Meanwhile Trinity Art Studios remains an art production house where Ian continues to work as an artist alongside his role as art advisor within Quinton.
